JEE Advanced Syllabus: An Overview

JEE Advanced syllabus is the curriculum for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced, the premier engineering entrance exam in India. The exam is conducted annually by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and is the gateway to top engineering colleges in the country. 

Physics Syllabus:

The Physics syllabus for JEE Advanced includes topics like Units and Measurements, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Properties of Solids and Liquids, Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Oscillations and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Electromagnetic Waves, Optics and Dual Nature of Radiation and Matter.

The Chemistry syllabus for JEE Advanced includes topics like Basic Concepts of Chemistry, States of Matter, Chemical Thermodynamics, Solutions, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions and Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, Hydrogen, s-Block Elements (Alkali and Alkaline Earth Metals), p-Block Elements, d- and f-Block Elements, Co-ordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Biomolecules, Polymers, Environmental Chemistry.

Mathematics Syllabus:

The Mathematics syllabus for JEE Advanced includes topics like Sets, Relations and Functions, Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Matrices and Determinants, Permutations and Combinations, Mathematical Induction, Binomial Theorem and its Simple Applications, Sequence and Series, Limit, Continuity and Differentiability, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Co-ordinate Geometry, Three Dimensional Geometry, Vector Algebra, Statistics and Probability.
